By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok, Facebook, or any other social media platform. Entrants release these platforms from any liability connected with the promotion.
1. Sponsor and Promotion Period
Sponsor: Stoker Wines SRL, Strada George Vraca 10, 107126 Ceptura de Jos, Romania ("Sponsor").
Participating partners: Dacre Stoker, Alys Arden, and Marita Crandle ("Participating Partners"). The Participating Partners are donating prize elements and promoting the giveaway. They are not sponsors and have no responsibility for administering it.
Promotion Period: The Stoker Wines Experience Giveaway (the "Promotion") begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on October 16, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on November 8, 2026 (Bram Stoker's birthday). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.
Legal basis: The Promotion is organized in accordance with applicable Romanian law, including Government Ordinance No. 99/2000 on the marketing of products and services, as amended, and applicable laws in the other eligible jurisdictions. These Official Rules are available free of charge throughout the Promotion Period on the entry page and upon request by emailing info@stokerwines.com.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open exclusively to legal residents of the United States (50 states and the District of Columbia) and the United Kingdom who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Entrants must maintain legal residency in an eligible jurisdiction through the time of winner verification and must provide reasonable proof of residency and age upon request.
The Promotion is void in Romania, all other jurisdictions outside the United States and United Kingdom, and wherever prohibited or restricted by applicable law, including jurisdictions where alcohol may not legally be awarded as a prize.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and the Participating Partners, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members, are not eligible.
The winner's guest must also be 21 years of age or older and must meet all applicable eligibility requirements, except that the guest need not be a resident of the United States or United Kingdom.
3. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, visit the official entry page and submit the entry form with your email address, confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, confirm that you are a legal resident of the United States or United Kingdom, and agree to these Official Rules. Completing the form earns one (1) entry.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning.
Entrants may optionally follow Stoker Wines (@stokerwines), Dacre Stoker (@dacrestokerauthor), Alys Arden (@alysarden), and Marita Crandle (@marita_woywod_crandle_author) on Instagram. Following these accounts is not required to enter or win and does not increase the chances of winning.
Limits: One (1) entry per person. Multiple entries by the same person, including entries submitted using different email addresses, and entries generated using automated means, scripts, or bots, may be disqualified.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
4. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive the Stoker Wines Experience for two (winner plus one guest) in Romania, which includes:
Accommodations near Stoker Winery for two (2) nights, for the winner and one guest sharing one room
Private ground transportation in Romania for the scheduled activities included in the experience
VIP winery and cellar tour led by the Stoker team
Guided tasting of wines inspired by Dracula, and a tasting from the 1897 Library of historic wines
A personalized collection of Stoker Wines including a bottle signed by Dacre Stoker, presented to the winner during their visit to the winery (transportation home not included)
A private presentation with Stoker Wines' resident Romanian expert, Radu Oprea
A private viewing of Stoker's medieval exhibits, historic coaches and carriages, and more
The winner will also receive signed copies of Dracul by Dacre Stoker, The Casquette Girls by Alys Arden, and Mosquito I and Mosquito II by Marita Crandle (the "Signed Books").
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): €2,000 total. Actual value may vary.
Not included: Airfare or any travel to and from Romania, passports and travel documents, travel insurance, meals and drinks not listed above, transportation or shipping of wine outside Romania, applicable customs duties and import fees, gratuities, and all other personal expenses. These are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest.
Redemption: The experience must be completed by December 31, 2027. Travel dates must be mutually agreed upon by the winner and Sponsor, subject to reasonable availability and any disclosed blackout dates. Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the winner's preferred dates. If the winner fails to arrange or complete the experience by the deadline for reasons within the winner's control, the experience may be forfeited. If Sponsor is unable to provide the experience as described, Sponsor will offer reasonable alternative dates or a substitute experience of comparable or greater value, subject to applicable law. The winner and guest must travel together.
The Signed Books will be shipped to the winner within four (4) weeks of winner confirmation and are not subject to the redemption deadline.
Alcohol: Wine included in the prize will be provided to the winner during their visit to Stoker Winery in Romania. Sponsor will not ship or arrange transportation of wine outside Romania. The winner is solely responsible for transporting any wine they wish to take home, including complying with all applicable airline, customs, import, export, and alcohol transportation laws, and paying any associated duties, taxes, or fees. Sponsor does not guarantee that wine may legally be imported into the winner's country of residence.
The prize is non-transferable. No cash or prize substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute any prize element with one of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted through ViralSweep on or about November 10, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Each eligible entry will have an equal chance of being selected.
The potential winner will be notified by email at the address used to enter. Sponsor and the Participating Partners will never ask for payment, banking details, or passwords to claim a prize.
The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification. Before the prize is awarded, the winner and guest must each provide reasonable documentation verifying eligibility and sign any legally permissible documents necessary to administer the prize, including an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release. Sponsor may separately request an optional Publicity Release, but declining to sign that release will not disqualify the winner.
Taxes: Sponsor will comply with all applicable tax reporting and withholding obligations, including any obligations arising under Romanian law. The winner is responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or reporting obligations arising from acceptance or use of the prize in their country or state of residence. Sponsor may require the winner to provide identification and tax information reasonably necessary to fulfill its legal obligations.
6. Privacy and Marketing Consent
Information collected through the entry form is used to administer the Promotion and, where you consent, for marketing.
Email marketing: Signing up for marketing is optional and is not required to enter or win. Entrants may separately opt in to receive marketing emails from Stoker Wines, Dacre Stoker, Alys Arden, and Marita Crandle using individual, unchecked consent boxes on the entry form. Email addresses will be shared with each Participating Partner only where the entrant has expressly consented to receive marketing from that party. Entrants may withdraw their consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the relevant marketing emails. Unsubscribing will not affect participation in the Promotion or the chance of winning.
Each party is responsible for its own marketing: Sponsor and each Participating Partner act independently. Once your email address is shared, each of them is solely responsible for its own use of it, including honoring unsubscribe requests and complying with applicable email marketing and data protection laws (such as CAN-SPAM, PECR, and the GDPR), under its own privacy policy. Sponsor is not responsible or liable for the acts or omissions of any Participating Partner, including any failure to honor an unsubscribe request. To unsubscribe from a particular party, use the link in that party's emails or contact that party directly.

What we collect and why: Your email address, age confirmation, and country of residence are collected to administer the Promotion and verify eligibility. Only if you provide optional marketing consent will your email address also be used for marketing as described above. The winner's and guest's names, contact details, identification, and tax information are collected as necessary to verify eligibility, administer the prize, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Who receives it: Personal information may be shared with ViralSweep and other service providers as necessary to administer the Promotion, and with travel and prize providers as necessary to fulfill the prize. Entrants' email addresses will be shared with individual Participating Partners for marketing only where the entrant has separately consented to that sharing. Where personal information is transferred internationally, Sponsor will implement appropriate safeguards as required by applicable data protection law.
How long we keep it: Entry data is deleted twelve (12) months after the Promotion ends. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Winner records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights: If you are in the UK or EU, you may access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the use of your data, request a copy, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing before you withdrew it. To make a request, email info@stokerwines.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority (in Romania, ANSPDCP; in the UK, the ICO).
7. General Conditions
Travel: The winner and guest are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and any other travel documents required to enter Romania. Sponsor is not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, or circumstances beyond its control. If the experience cannot take place due to events beyond Sponsor's reasonable control (including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or war), Sponsor may reschedule it or substitute a prize of comparable value.
Conduct: Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
Publicity: Sponsor may request permission to use the winner's and guest's names, likenesses, and photographs from the experience for promotional purposes. Any such use will be subject to applicable law and any necessary consent or release. Refusal to grant optional marketing publicity consent will not, by itself, result in forfeiture of the prize.
Release and limitation of liability: To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor, the Participating Partners, ViralSweep, and their respective affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be responsible for losses or damages arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or restricts any statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Cancellation: If the Promotion cannot run as planned due to fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend it and select a winner from eligible entries received before the action.
Governing law: These Official Rules are governed by the laws of Romania. Nothing in these Official Rules limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country or state of residence.
Winner announcement: Following confirmation of eligibility and acceptance of the prize, Sponsor will make public the winner's name and the prize awarded as required by applicable law, subject to applicable data protection requirements. Requests for winner information may also be sent to info@stokerwines.com with the subject line "Stoker Wines Experience Winner" within 30 days after the Promotion ends.
